Tariff of Last Resort ('TUR')

In 2010, the tariff of last resort was modified on 1 April, 1 July and 1 October, as well as a small adjustment made on 1 January.

At the end of 2010, the TUR 1 fixed term was the same (€3.90 per customer, per month) as the figure of 1 July 2009, remaining stable with no change over the whole period. The same occurred with the TUR 2 fixed term; the rate was set at €7.84 per customer, per month.

On 31 December 2010, the TUR 1 energy term amounted to a 9.5% increase on the figure recorded on the same day in 2009, with a 1.4% decrease in the final quarter of 2010. When comparing the TUR 2, an increase of 10.9% was noted over the whole year, with a decrease of 1.5% in the final quarter.
