The Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade has decided to bring forward the elimination of the T3 and T4 tariffs, bringing the maximum threshold down to 50 MWh. These tariffs are associated with small and medium-sized enterprises, the tertiary sector and collective consumption.

Sedigas, the Spanish Gas Association, recommends that gas apparatus and installations be properly used and maintained, reminding consumers that the owner of the installation, or by default the user, is responsible for its proper operation. On 14 November the Autonomous Region of Madrid presented its Gas Safety Campaign, with Sedigas also playing a part.
